Hello!
Welcome to the blog of KR Environment Committee 08/09. It’s been an eventful semester for both the committee and the hall. Our comm has already decided on the main objectives of the year and we hope to get the support of all residents for our initiatives. The main aim of this blog is to inform about the activities of our comm, our initiatives, to act as a platform for comm bonding and to post and discuss everything related to environmental issues. =)
Updates so far:
- The first “Bring Your Own Container Day” was successfully implemented this Tuesday. Kudos to I/Cs Jovita and Anastasya =) A repeat of the event will be done on the coming Tuesday. No styrofoam packaging will be provided and residents are advised to bring their own containers. The comm will sell REUSABLE and MICROWAVEABLE containers for those who do not own containers.
Look out for the posters and other iniatives from the committee soon =)
